It’s been another great year for the chorus. With currently around 40 members, we’ve grown incredibly since our launch in early 2008. But we want to expand further! Rehearsals are a lot of fun as well as being challenging, musically. The atmosphere is friendly…and we’re a very sociable bunch!

Whether you want to meet new friends, get back into singing or become more involved in the gay community, joining the chorus is the best move you could make. Apply now!

Who can join?

EGMC welcomes male individuals over the age of 18 years to be members. Apart from singing, there are lots of other opportunities to get involved, such as planning events, fundraising and socialising.

Will I have to audition?

At present, we don’t audition new members. We don’t expect members to have any training or experience of singing in public. All that we ask is that you have a basic singing ability, enthusiasm and dedication.

When and where do you meet?

We currently meet on Tuesday evenings 7.30pm – 9.30pm at Dance For All, 106 St Stephen Street, Edinburgh. See the venue on Google Maps.

How much does it cost?

There is a membership subscription fee of £20 payable three times a year, in January, April and September.
